Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost and arrangement of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return postage unless the return is approved to be due to a defective or incorrect item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched, as our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare and ship your order. If your order has already been processed, you will need to wait until it arrives and then contact us for return instructions in accordance with our returns policy.
For any approved order cancellations, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover transaction and processing costs.
Shipping Delays & Address Errors
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier services or for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus original shipping and handling costs once the item is returned. Please note that our carriers are often unable to deliver to PO boxes. We strongly advise providing a residential or commercial address to ensure successful delivery. Orders placed with PO box addresses may be subject to cancellation, and any such cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong/missing item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there are any issues with the product being not as described (such as missing parts or wrong packaging), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue directly before they lead to disputes or chargebacks.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations unrelated to product defects or incorrect items. Please review the product description, images, and usage recommendations before purchasing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
